Pricing: Our quoted price covers the softcopy of the service and is based on the agreed timeline, scope of work, and discussed services. Please note that it does not include a hardcopy. If you require a hardcopy, an additional 15% fee will be added to the agreed price.

Client Responsibilities: To proceed, the client is required to provide the Bill of Quantities (BQ) and relevant drawings.

Deposit: We request a 50% deposit as a guarantee before commencing the service.

Review and Approval: Initially, we will provide a PDF version for your review and approval. Once the details are agreed upon, we will provide the final softcopy. Please be aware that the release of the final softcopy is contingent on the client's final payment.
